Notes
1.	If you are willing to join those programs marked  "Join" on column "Pay Back As My Referral", I will pay back via PayPal all the money I earn from you based on the referral earning list provided on each PTC site while I get my first payment.

3.	The minimum payout will be $0.05 that I have earned from you. I will notice via email requesting your PayPal email after I get my first payment
4.	If your account has been deleted for any reason before I have gotten the first payment. You won't get my pay back because I won't earn from you also.
5.	$ Monthly Without Referrals is estimated by my avarage daily earning without referrals * 30. As a local resident, the monthly earning may be more than mine.
